I’ve spent over 20 years performing—on stage, on camera, scripted, improvised, immersive—you name it, I’ve probably done it. What I love most about performing is its power to reach people—offering them a moment of ease, a glimpse into another life, or the rush of being deeply moved.

For the last decade, I’ve coached individuals to show up fully and freely in their own work. I’ve worked with actors, public speakers, e-learning presenters, emerging leaders, and teens preparing college auditions—always with the same goal: to unlock a moment of genuine confidence and connection.

At the heart of everything I do—whether it’s performing, coaching, or directing —is a commitment to creating an environment where people feel safe to feel, experience, and risk. The result is performances that make people feel transported, connected, and seen.
